Technical - Questions / Re: Regear

When Luke moved he recommended complete off-road. But that's a couple hours from the metro. I've heard some use local automotive shops but not sure which ones. Try the facebook page for more suggestions, this forum is being phased out

Calendar of Events / Farm Run, Sunday Sep. 8th
« Last post by GeckoGlow on September 03, 2019, 02:40:28 PM »
It's a Farm Run, what more needs to be said? Maybe... weather pending...

We will meet at the Pleasant Hill McDonald's (https://goo.gl/maps/Xhovrc6HtWFH8THf8) and depart for the Farm at 9:00 am. If this is not convenient for you, contact me to coordinate a way of getting to the Farm. The address is never publicly listed, out of respect for the land owner.

There are certain safety requirements that must be met before you travel off-road with the club. Vehicle must be in good working order and meet the following:

- All interior items must be tied down or secured
- Battery bolted down (no bungee cords)
- Emergency First Aid kit
- Fire extinguisher, secured near driver (A, B, C rating)
- Seat belts for all riders
- Secure tow points, front and rear
- Snatch straps - no hooks and no chains
- Vehicles without roofs must have a cage over ALL seats

Our club stresses safety on our events. Alcohol is NOT permitted at any time while wheeling and/or camping anywhere at the JOCCI Farm. Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited at all times during all club events.

There are no services at the Farm, ie. restrooms, so be sure you are prepared with whatever you may need. Remember to pack a lunch and have plenty of water.

Technical - Questions / Re: GEN and starting
« Last post by ejeffres on August 25, 2019, 09:22:23 PM »
Problem solved new  ECU, plus developed a starting issue when engine was hot, that problem solved with a new CPS. I have all of the errors codes retired now and the Jeep is running great with no leaks, my grandsons replaced the rear seal, he did a great job. We're going to try and make it to the next meeting. Thanks everyone for the advice.
