Impressive.  You should post this on WranglerForum in the Builds section.  Will you need specialized shafts?  This thing is pure beef, but, out of curiosity, how easily will you be able to source spare shafts?

The shafts are 35 spline 4340 chromolly from ecgs. They come with 6" of splines so you can cut them to the length needed. As a side note these are the same size as the dana 60 35 spline that people run 40"+ on so with 35's they shouldn't break. I haven't found any writeups on jf or wf so I might add one when I'm done.

Got the correct gears and most of my brackets from Barnes 4wd today. Started setting the gears up tonight and will hopefully finish tomorrow night and weld the lower control arm mounts on.

Did the pickle fork come with the press?  :)

Harbor freight was missing the handle so they tossed the fork in instead.

Thanks for the kind words. Tonight I got a lot done. Took me another four hours to get the gears to where I'm happy with them. Got the pinion angle set and welded the lower control arm mounts on.

Haha thanks Steve. Tonight I got the spring buckets layed out and welded on. My alignment pucks showed up today so I was able to get the housing ends welded on as well.

Measured for shafts and ordered a flat skid and sye for tummy tuck.  Got a cherokee front shaft I'll shorten for the rear.

What does that have to do with an axle?
