Hey Paul how much for a pair of jk door hangers?

Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
They are still very labor intensive to build by hand. Others on the market sell for $40 (but the doors don't go flat against the wall) up to $130. I would like to see less than 80 each as a msrp.
Right now, I have a few I would sell at $40 each. You need 1 per pair of doors. 1 bracket for jk, 2 brackets for jku. And there is a different model for tj, yj, cj

JKUR, 35's, slabs, York oba, 3" enforcer, DL flip, bumpers, sliders, lots of switches, heated seats
TJ 4" lift, D44 LSD, ZJ Disc, 4.88, HP30 trussed, Spartan, 36" swampers, tube fenders, rear armor, sliders, custom rear bumper w spare tire, ammo cans, jerry cans,  smitty stinger, RC tie rod, steering box brace, skid, Currie AntiRock, SYE, LED's

Ok let's get an order made. Could you add 2 to my shopping cart since I have a JKU. I will contact you when I go to DSM to set up a pick up time.

Christian, I know you wanted to a part of the fab n tune, so here's a few pics as I started on yours tonight.
A lot of grinding and a little welding and they will be done :)

Dave can vouch for how time intensive these are to build, as his two took 3.5 hours, with me showing him how to make them. With cnc, the time is cut, but it's a huge cost up front.

If you make that middle gusset with all straight cuts you would save a bunch of time grinding. Make a template a little smaller so you can just clamp and plasma all around it. That would also allow you to stack up all the gussets next to each other and save a cut and material.

Thanks, i have a Masonite template for my hand plasma, but it doesn't cut clean, so tons of grinding later. Love my little lotos but if I continue doing much by hand, I will get a hypertherm
You can kind of see the template in the pic of Dave below . I try to set up jigs everytime I repeat a process. I made a fixturing jig for my drill press.
